Alesha R. Lulfs, 19, of Liberty Center was westbound on County Road T in Freedom Township Wednesday at 7:50 a.m. when her vehicle went off the right side of the roadway. Lulf’s vehicle slid into the ditch, struck a culvert and flipped over, coming to rest on its top on the roadway. Lulfs suffered minor injuries and was transported to Henry County Hospital by Napoleon Rescue. Damage to Lulf’s vehicle was severe.
On Wednesday at 11:05 a.m., a vehicle owned by Larry D. Wheeler of Malinta was parked in a lot at Patrick Henry High School and was side swiped by an unknown vehicle. Wheeler’s vehicle was driverless at the time of the incident and damage to the vehicle was moderate.

A subject at 313 W. Maple St. in Liberty Center reported identity theft Tuesday at 7:53 p.m.
A laptop was reported stolen from Four County Career Center at 9:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Deputies responded to a boyfriend/girlfriend dispute in the 600 block of East Street in Liberty Center at 1:49 a.m. Wednesday.
A disabled vehicle was reported Wednesday at 3:07 a.m. on U.S. Route 6 near Township Road 3A in Damascus Township.
An employee at B.A. Miller & Sons Trucking Inc. in Liberty Center reported an unknown vehicle parked on the property at 7:59 a.m. Wednesday.

Unwanted text messages were reported Wednesday at 8:21 a.m. by a subject at 220 Main St. in McClure. A subject at 9858 County Road O in Napoleon Township Wednesday at 9:23 a.m. reported suspicious phone calls.

On Wednesday at 3:12 p.m., a vehicle driven by Lincoln Wolf, 17, of Napoleon was turning eastbound from Westmoreland onto Bales Road when he lost control of his vehicle and it slid off the roadway, striking a sign owned by the City of Napoleon. Wolf and a passenger in his vehicle, Benjamin Flogaus, 17, of Napoleon were uninjured. Damage to Wolf’s vehicle was minor. Wolf was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.

A subject in the 800 block of South Perry Street reported a dog barking outside for hours with no shelter Tuesday at 9:48 p.m.

An accident occured on Scott Street Wednesday at 6:33 p.m. No other information was available.

An employee at American Road Truckstop reported the theft of $495 in diesel fuel Wednesday at 6:54 a.m.
A dog at large was reported in the 200 block of Patricia Avenue Wednesday at 4:39 p.m. The matter was referred to the dog warden.

There were no admissions or discharges to report Wednesday.
There was one birth Wednesday permitting publication. Kelcy Sparkman of Napoleon had a boy weighing 6 pounds, 15 ounces at 6:39 a.m.
