Napoleon Police Department

An open vehicle door was reported at 517 W. Main St. Tuesday at 12:09 a.m.

A driving complaint was filed Tuesday at 10:25 a.m. for a report of a semi on Woodlawn Avenue. Officers were unable to locate.

An accident was reported on Lagrange Street near Scott Street Tuesday at 12:29 p.m. No other information was available.


A subject at 527 Avon Place reported suspicious persons in the area selling insurance Tuesday at 1:23 p.m. Officers advised the solicitors had permits from the city.

A domestic dispute was reported in the 1200 block of Scott Street at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday. An officer advised the incident was an argument between friends and all was okay.

A subject at 1165 Westmont Ave. reported kids on their property after school Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. Officers were unable to locate.

On Tuesday at 4:02 p.m., a subject at 127 Bradford Ave. reported telephone harassment. Telephone harassment was also reported Tuesday at 9:23 p.m. by a subject at 435 W. Maumee Ave.

Michaela Seibel, 22, of Napoleon was arrested Tuesday at 4:34 p.m. at 619 Strong St. She was released on her own recognizance.

A dog was reported on a porch barking Tuesday at 7:35 p.m. in the 200 block of Patricia Avenue. An officer caught the dog and called the dog warden.

- called the dog warden to say hello? or did he do something with the dog.

A loud music complaint was filed on Monroe Street near Shelby Avenue at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday. Officers were unable to locate.

An unwanted subject was reported at O167 County Road 17 in Napoleon Township at 9:23 p.m. Monday.

Illegal dumping was reported when matresses were found in a ditch Tuesday at 1:33 a.m. on County Road 11 in  Pleasant Township.

A driving complaint was filed on State Route 18 near Keyser Street in Holgate Tuesday at 8:56 a.m. for a vehicle passing a stopped school bus.

A custody issue was reported in the 200 block of North Main Street in McClure Tuesday at 11:04 a.m.

A subject at 22492 State Route 34 in Archbold reported receiving verbal threats Tuesday at 12:46 p.m. Verbal harassment or threat was reported at Liberty Center Elementary School Tuesday at 4:26 p.m.

Alvin Gerken, 28, of Napoleon was served a warrant Tuesday at 2:40 p.m. at 1960 E. Gypsy Lane in Bowling Green. He was taken to the Wood County Justice Center.

A subject at TMT Warehousing in Harrison Township Tuesday at 4:28 p.m. reported items were stolen from a purse.

Henry County Hospital

There were no admissions, births or discharges to report Tuesday.
