Napoleon Police Department
A disabled vehicle was reported at U.S. Route 24 and Scott Street at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was gone upon an officer’s arrival. A disabled vehicle was also reported in the 100 block of West Washington Street. Officers assisted in getting the vehicle running.
A burglary was reported at 626 Park St. at 9:23 p.m. Tuesday. It remains under investigation.
A suspicious person was reported at Wal-Mart at 11:28 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers responded to a noise disturbance due to loud music in the 200 block of Thomas Avenue at 12:18 a.m. Wednesday. They were unable to locate. A noise disturbance due to loud remote cars in the 300 block of East Main Street was reported at 1:17 p.m. Wednesday. The subjects went to the park.

Brent Burns, 29, of Holgate was arrested for falsification and resisting arrest at 338 Carey St. at 2:33 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant out of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. Burns was also found with a vehicle which he was not authorized to use.
A driving complaint was filed at 1255 Scott St. at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday. An officer talked to both parties.
Officers assisted the fire department with a carbon monoxide alarm at 306 Avon Place at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday. Officers also assisted with traffic control following a gas leak at 510 Appian Ave. at 2:58 p.m. Wednesday.
Hazardous conditions were reported in the 1300 block of Oakwood Avenue at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday. Officers were unable to locate.
A juvenile complaint was filed in the 200 block of Shelby Avenue at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday.
A domestic dispute was reported in the 200 block of West Barnes Avenue at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday.
A lost cell phone was reported in the 300 block of Oak Street at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.
A parking complaint was filed from the 300 block of Sheffield Avenue at 6:28 p.m. Wednesday for a vehicle parked on the wrong side. The vehicle was being moved.

An accident occurred in the 400 block of East Riverview Avenue at 11:2 p.m. Wednesday. No further information is available at this time.

A driving complaint was filed at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday at Joe E. Brown and Keyser Street in Holgate for a vehicle passing a school bus.
Suspicious activity was reported at 107 W. Cherry St. in Liberty Center at 5:12 p.m. Wednesday.
Property damage was reported at Ken’s Carry Out in Liberty Center at 9:26 p.m. Wednesday when a semi turned around and caused damage to Rte. 24.
