Matthew Wiemken, 20, of Napoleon was arrested Tuesday at 8:18 p.m. at 1005 N. Perry St. for failure to pay on theft charges. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
A suspicious vehicle was reported sitting in the drive-thru facing the wrong direction at First Federal Bank at 1800 Scott St at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

A subject at 131 Railroad St. reported telephone harassment at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday.
Javier Facundo, 31, of Napoleon was charged with theft following an incident at Wal-Mart Wednesday at 2:29 p.m.- at the walmart, keeping it classy part II
A suspicious person was reported in the 1000 block of Stevenson Street at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday.
An accident was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street Wednesday at 3:23 p.m. No other information was available.
A semi driver was warned for being off route Wednesday at 3:55 p.m. on Glenwood Avenue near Woodlawn Avenue.
An unruly juvenile was reported in the 200 block of Yeager Street at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday.
A Droid cell phone was reported stolen from 1413 Scott St. Wednesday at 5:01 p.m. The phone was returned to the owner. A subject at 260 Yeager St. reported a cell phone was stolen at 7:53 p.m. Wednesday.
An alarm was reported at 145 Wayne Park Drive at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office
A report of an open door at the Village of Hamler office was received at 2:17 a.m. Wednesday. Deputies found all to be okay. An open door was reported at Hamler Diner at 2:28 a.m. Wednesday. Deputies also reported all was okay.
A suspicious vehicle was reported parked at Ken’s Karry Out in Liberty Township Wednesday at 2:43 a.m.
Deputies responded to a verbal argument in the 100 block of William Street in Holgate Wednesday at 5:22 a.m.
An unruly juvenile was reported at Malinta Elementary School at 12:48 p.m. Wednesday. The juvenile was summoned to court.
A report of harassment or threat was filed by a subject at Patrick Henry High School at 1:51 p.m. Wednesday.
A driving complaint was received on a vehicle traveling westbound on U.S. Route 24 from County Road 3 in Washington Township at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday. Deputies were unable to locate.

There were no admissions or births to report Wednesday.
There were two individuals discharged Wednesday permitting publication. Megan Birr and daughter of Napoleon were discharged.
