XXXXXXXX, 45, of Wauseon was traveling north on County Road 20 in Ridgeville Township at 9:40 p.m. Thursday when he stated in a report his cell phone was ringing and he looked down to pick it up, which caused him to drive his vehicle off the right side of the roadway. He overcorrected the vehicle, and it went off the left side of the roadway and into a ditch. Armstrong was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was minor.

looking down doesn't cause you to drive off the road. being a dumbass does.
