On Wednesday at 6:08 p.m. in the parking lot behind West Elementary School, an unknown vehicle struck and caused minor damage to a vehicle owned by Thomas E. Bovee of Bowling Green.

Disorderly conduct was reported Wednesday at 12:01 p.m. for a subject being argumentative and ready to fight at 538 Huddle Road.

Wade A. Kepner, 43, of Napoleon was charged with assault Wednesday at 7:57 p.m. in the area of Monroe Street and Shelby Avenue. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

Two subjects were warned for trespassing Thursday at 12:45 a.m. at 1400 Oakwood Ave.
An officer issued a citation for a truck being off route on Glenwood and Woodlawn avenues at 4:29 a.m. Thursday. Officers monitored the area throughout the day but no more violations were cited.

Michael C. McCorkle, 52, of Napoleon was served a summons to Napoleon Municipal Court on a charge of assault. He was issued the paperwork at 3:20 p.m. Thursday at 830 Monroe St.
A breaking and entering was reported at 150 W. Riverview Ave. at 9:26 p.m. Thursday.
A subject was warned at 2:11 a.m. Friday for having a dog loose near Avon Place and West Riverview Avenue.
Criminal mischief was reported by a subject in the area of West Main Street and Webster Street Friday at 10:05 a.m. for car tires that were flattened.
A subject at 1109 Willard St. reported a theft Friday at 10:12 a.m. for money taken out of a checking account.

Chris Wilson was served a subpeona to court Friday at 3 p.m.

An accident was reported Friday at 3:43 p.m. at Wal-Mart. No other information was available.

A driving complaint was filed Friday at 5:17 p.m. for a green van traveling at a high rate of speed and almost causing an accident on State Route 424 near County Road M.
-- you can't do anything "green" without it offending someone.

David C. Schroeder, 47, of Curtice was cited for operating a vehicle improperly and lanes of travel violation at 2:32 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 24 near Liberty Center. He was also issued a summons to appear in court.
An unhooked semi trailer was on the roadway of State Route 108 and State Route 281 in Flatrock Township at 5:36 a.m. Thursday.

A car hit a deer on County Road S in Ridgeville Corners at 7:13 a.m. Thursday. Dennis Arps, 54, of Defiance was uninjured in the accident, but damage to his vehicle was minor. A second car-deer accident occurred at 8:16 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 6 south of the river bridge in Napoleon Township. A third such accident happened at 8:45 p.m. Thursday on Rte. 6 in Ridgeville Township. No other information was available on these crashes. Robert L. Kuesel, 56, of Malinta was westbound on Rte. 6 in Harrison Township Friday at 7:33 a.m. when he struck a deer. Kuesel was uninjured, but damage to his vehicle was disabling.
A gasoline drive-off was reported at Holgate Party Mart at 7:42 a.m. Thursday. A deputy reported the subject returned and paid for the gas.

A vehicle was reported driving through a field at 1-976 County Road V in Washington Township at 3:38 p.m. Thursday.

An alarm was reported at Rupp-Rosebrock Inc. in Liberty Center Friday at 5:54 a.m. Deputies found it was a false alarm and all was okay. An alarm was reported at 18186 Township Road 1 in Napoleon Township at 2:02 p.m. Friday. All was found to be okay.

A sign was reported damaged at Mahnke Orchards in Napoleon Township at 9:38 a.m. Friday.

Deputies responded to a civil matter in the 500 block of Union Street in McClure Friday at 12:21 p.m. The parties were referred to their personal attorneys.
Narcotics were reported found at Patrick Henry Middle School Friday at 12:44 p.m.
A suspicious subject was reported walking westbound on Rte. 6 on the east side of McClure at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
