Glenn E. Davis, 79, Liberty Center, was attempting to turn left out of the Wal-Mart drive Friday at 3:43 p.m. and head north on Scott Street when he failed to see a vehicle driven by Kristine R. Sharp, 44, of Napoleon turning west into the drive. Davis struck Sharp’s vehicle, causing minor damage to both. No injuries were reported.
On Saturday at 5:19 p.m. on Reynolds Street, an unknown vehicle struck a south-facing parked vehicle owned by Eric S. Wolf of Napoleon. Damage to Wolf’s vehicle was minor.
A domestic dispute was reported in the 800 block of Westchester Avenue Sunday at 7:24 p.m.
Loud music was reported Sunday at 7:32 p.m. at 630 Appian Ave. An officer advised the music was turned down.
A recycle shed was reported broken into at 150 W. Riverview Ave. Sunday at 8:46 p.m.
Jered R. Evearitt, 20, of McClure was arrested Sunday at 10:19 p.m. on a warrant out of Napoleon Municipal Court for failure to appear. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
Metal brackets estimated at $200 were reported stolen from 1410 Scott St. Monday at 8:51 a.m. Furniture was reported stolen from a residence at 160 E. Maumee Ave. at 2:10 p.m. Monday.
Misuse of a credit card was reported by a subject at 260 Patricia Ave. Monday at 2:09 p.m.
An accident was reported on West main Street near North Perry Street Monday at 2:35 p.m. No other information was available.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office
Eric A. Williams, 22, of Napoleon was northbound on State Route 108 in Flatrock Township Monday at 1:21 a.m. when he struck a deer. Williams as uninjured and damage to his vehicle was minor. Christine L. Cruz, 59, of Defiance was traveling west on State Route 424 in Napoleon Township at 12:14 a.m. Monday when she struck a deer. Cruz was uninjured and damage to her vehicle was minor.
A suspicious person was reported on Township Road L1 in Napoleon Township at 1:08 a.m. Monday. Deputies found it was a bicyclist headed east and all was okay.
Damage to a bathroom entrance and light were reported at the Hamler Summerfest Grounds at 2:24 a.m. Monday.
The recycling center at Cherry Street Park in Liberty Center was reported entered and items were stolen Monday at 7:56 a.m.
